DiLoc®|Sync is designed to be more than just an offline storage solution for documents. It is particularly important to us to fulfil everyday railway requirements. All documents and journey-relevant information are always available offline and allow you to work independently without a network, ensuring you are always on the safe side. In addition, you have access to functions specially developed for railway operations, which you can use from a single source and integrated in our app.
Document management

Route knowledge

Using the tracking function on their tablet, your employees simply record the routes travelled. You will receive the daily updated information for your dispatchers in a clear graphical and spreadsheet view. If desired, you can also record your train type and location knowledge at the same time.
Forms
A transport company's numerous reporting obligations require the information to be available on time. This is not so easy when your employees are constantly on the move aboard the rolling stock and still have to do the paperwork after their shift. You can easily create digital forms with an intuitive editor, such as registration forms or journey logs, yourself. These can be filled out offline on the end device and then effortlessly sent to pre-defined distribution lists or interfaces via the server after they are complete. No additional software or programming knowledge is required. Structured messages from the company can be easily and flexibly implemented using the forms.
Dynamic timetable
You are probably familiar with this: The infrastructure for train drivers does not have a completely seamless timetable. Every piece of information has to be painstakingly compiled from several up-to-date sources. And as there is only limited space on a tablet, not all documents can be displayed at the same time. This has now come to an end! Thanks to the dynamic timetable, there is now ONE complete timetable that contains all the special features that are updated daily. Train drivers are able to concentrate on more important matters and have all relevant information for their journey available at all times.
Collaboration

Mail2Sync
A number of IT systems do not have an interface or the implementation would be complicated and expensive. The easy way to get started with automation is to simply distribute the documents by e-mail. With a special, customised address, you can automatically send the content of e-mails or file attachments to specific DiLoc®| Sync recipients - adapted to your automation requirements. You can also receive data from partners who do not offer a technical interface.
DiLoc®|Sync is a smart addition to your IT landscape and exchanges relevant data automatically. This prevents time-consuming manual data transfers and duplicate processing when using isolated apps. It is already connected to established products via interfaces so that applications can benefit from shared data. Additional integrations are no problem.
Daily „slow zone“ - La (DB InfraGO AG)
Our system automatically stores the daily schedule of DB InfraGO AG, which is generated and automatically distributed to the correct location in the system, and is always available to users. DiLoc|Sync monitors the receipt and ensures that the daily La is automatically removed from the device when it expires. La documents from other infrastructures can also be integrated in the same way.
KSV-Regelwerksmanager
Save yourself the effort of maintaining your operational rules and regulations twice. With the integration of your KSV Regelwerksmanager, you can transfer the structure and content to DiLoc®|Sync fully automatically. The existing function categories ensure that everyone is provided with the documents they need. All relevant metadata, such as validities and descriptions, are transferred, as well.
Railroad construction site management (catkin)
You can benefit from the optimal visibility of our railway construction site manager. The catkin system automatically transmits all valid timetable arrangements to DiLoc®|Sync. Any additional manual provision and maintenance of documents is no longer necessary.
Digital Route Knowledge (Digitale Streckenkunde)
Knowledge acquired from DS Digitale Streckenkunde can be automatically transferred to DiLoc®|Sync. As a result, you have a complete overview of all valid and new knowledge in our route knowledge function. In return, your train drivers can access all existing route knowledge videos with just one click and can use them to acquire or maintain their knowledge.
Wilson (Menlo79)
Ensure you are always up to date. The route, location and series data recorded via DiLoc®|Sync is transferred directly to Wilson, where it is available for the next time you plan your schedule. Consequently, there is no need for your staff to enter data twice.
Green functions (DB InfraGO AG)
Save valuable electricity and reduce costs by improving the flow of traffic. With the simple integration of driving recommendations (DAS-C) and the binoculars/rear-view mirror function of DB InfraGO, your train drivers are provided with support during the journey.

You can use DiLoc®|Sync on any platform. Our cloud-based software-as-a-service solution is ‘ready to use’ immediately after setup. DiLoc®| Motion
DiLoc®| Motion is a web-based, multi-client capable platform that processes information from different data sources (e.g. GNSS positioning and control systems). This data is processed in a variety of ways (timetable data, connection information, etc.) and transmitted in real time to the display and announcement systems at stations and in vehicles.

The turnkey web-based system solution DiLoc®|OnBoard supplies passenger information with state of the art software and high quality hardware products.
