World Premiere at InnoTrans: Auracast™ Addresses a Key Industry Need
Four days at the trade fair, numerous conversations and a world premiere that attracted considerable attention: At InnoTrans 2026, we unveiled our InnoCom® ELA to Auracast™ Gateway for the first time. The response demonstrated just how relevant this technology is to the rail industry.
The concept is as simple as it is effective: existing passenger information systems can continue to be used while being enhanced with Auracast™ technology. The gateway captures audio signals from the existing public address (PA) infrastructure and additionally transmits announcements directly to compatible hearing aids and headphones. The existing loudspeaker infrastructure remains in place, and no modifications to the vehicle software are required.
This straightforward retrofit capability was one of the most frequently discussed topics at our exhibition stand. For operators, it offers a practical way to enhance existing fleets with an additional digital audio channel without replacing infrastructure that is already functioning reliably.

However, this is about more than technology. Passenger information needs to reach as many people as possible – especially when information is particularly important. Auracast™ can help reduce barriers for people with hearing impairments, making announcements more accessible, personal and easier to understand, regardless of background noise.
A visitor responsible for passenger information at a rolling stock manufacturer summed up the benefits of this approach:
“This is exactly the kind of Auracast™ solution we have been looking for to modernise our existing fleet. The minimal integration effort is a major advantage.”
For us, InnoTrans was therefore much more than a product premiere. It demonstrated that the demand for more accessible passenger information is real – and that achieving it does not have to be complicated.
Hear more. Understand more. Fewer barriers.

DiLoc®|Sync
KSV Regelwerksmanager Interface 2.0
Assign regulations to specific roles and distribute them with less effort: Interface 2.0 for the KSV Regelwerksmanager enhances the established automatic document import functionality in DiLoc®|Sync.

In combination with the acknowledgement functionality in DiLoc®|Sync, regulations from the KSV Regelwerksmanager can be assigned to specific company roles in just a few clicks. This ensures that employees automatically receive the regulations relevant to their respective responsibilities.

The interface also introduces two additional features:
- Acknowledgement requests: Requests can be initiated directly from the KSV Regelwerksmanager.
- Multilingual regulations: Associated language versions are automatically imported into DiLoc®|Sync.
These improvements reduce manual tasks and simplify administration. With this further development, we are responding to numerous requests and suggestions from our customers.
Would you like to take advantage of these new capabilities? We would be happy to demonstrate how Interface 2.0 can support your regulatory document distribution processes.
We Look Forward to Meeting You!
