Shaping the future the new hardware generation
Our vision is a world where rail travel is a pleasure for everyone.
That is why we develop passenger information systems with the aim of delivering a tangible improvement in mobility for passengers while enabling operators to handle their systems far more efficiently.
Our hardware approach is consistently focused on value and future-proofing: state-of-the-art technology, maximum availability, and easy repairability – combined with full technological sovereignty through in-house electronics, our own operating system, and 100% in-house manufacturing depth.
In addition to station hardware, passenger components for use on board trains are also being developed – such as displays, ceiling-mounted units, amplifiers, and intercoms – following the same principles: durable, scalable, and perfectly integrable.
This ensures consistent, high-quality information from the platform all the way into the carriage, while reducing operating and maintenance effort.
Platform displays
The new platform displays and the modernized station equipment are built on a unified technical core and offer modern designs, higher protection ratings, and intelligent diagnostic functions. The result is robust, service-friendly solutions that reduce lifecycle costs, advance standards, and elevate passenger information to a new level.
If you have any questions about the hardware, planned retrofits, or a needs assessment, Thomas Auner will be happy to assist you at any time.
