
2nd Level Software Support (m/f/d)
We are looking for you to strengthen our support team as a 2nd level software support to assist our customers with DiLoc®| Motion.

We are looking for you to strengthen our support team as a 2nd level software support to assist our customers with DiLoc®| Motion.
DiLoc®| Motion is a software solution for passenger information in public transport. It exchanges data via interfaces and controls displays and automatic announcements in real time. Our customers rely on DiLoc®| Motion to provide their passengers with information. Over 100,000 travellers benefit from this every day.

Your tasks within the team
- 2nd level support for our DiLoc®| Motion passenger information software
- Analyzing and resolving faults/problems via ticket system, telephone, e-mail
- Collecting relevant information and log files if a problem needs to be resolved by 3rd level support.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for the targeted processing of support requests
What you bring with you
- Training in the IT sector and/or relevant professional experience
- Experience in software support
- Knowledge of Linux (Bash, SSH) and log file analysis
- Interest in in-depth problem analysis
- Basic understanding of databases
- Analytical and structured thinking
- Independent and dedicated work as well as interest in new technologies and tools
- Enjoy working in a team and supporting colleagues
- Very good German language skills, good English
- Bonus: Experience in software development and interest in 3rd level support
